Wood Utility Pole Installation Services
Poles are typically used for electric , phone , lighting , clothes line poles , golf course netting and more.
Wood poles get installed into the ground 4′ + 10 %. So on a 30′ wood utility pole the embedment depth would be 7′ which would give you 23′ above ground.
Utility poles are installed with our auger truck. The truck has a drill to auger a hole into the ground and then the crane would lift the pole in place and dirt gets compacted around the pole.
Typically there is no maintenance needed on a treated pole.
